Wholesale Terms & Conditions

 

PRODUCT

Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colours may vary slightly due to the

characteristics of handmade products.

 

The most current price list supersedes any previous pricing or price list. Quotes provided

under written digital catalogues are estimates. Pricing of metals are subject to change

according to the current market rates.

 

FIRST TIME BUYER

A minimum order of $300 required of all first time buyers.

 

RETURNING CUSTOMER

Reorder minimum $150.

 

ORDER FULFILMENT

Production begins upon buyers receipt of invoice and agreement to terms. If partial

payment is required, production begins once 50% deposit is paid. Remaining 50% is due 14 days after dispatch.

 

3 week lead time for standard orders and reorders. Should you require a faster delivery

time than the promised ship date, a rush charge of 15% to the total amount due will

apply.

 

Any items that appear on the invoice that are missing from a shipment must be reported

within 5 business days in receipt of order via email or phone. At that time we will ship

missing items. If notification of missing items is not provided, the customer is liable for

amount due stated on invoice.

 

Any cancellations must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the order delivery date

and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of total invoice.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

RBCCA KSTR Jewellery accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers or PayPal transfers.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your order will be shipped via Courier Please, unless otherwise specified. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, insurance and expediency.

 

Buyer is accountable for shipping and handling fees.

 

CARE INFORMATION

Proper care of RBCCA KSTR Jewellery will increase its lifespan and your customer’s

REPAIRS

Repair fees are subject to per piece fees depending on the severity of the damage. RBCCA KSTR

Jewellery reserves the right to review and authorise final assessment of the damaged piece(s).

 

RBCCA KSTR offers free repairs for items purchased and returned within 10 days of shipment

received. All shipping must be paid for by the retailer and/or the customer.

 

PLATING

RBCCA KSTR offers a free replating service for all gold plated items. These can be sent directly

to RBCCA KSTR from the customer or via the retailer. Shipping to and from RBCCA KSTR must

be paid for by the customer.

 

RETURNED GOODS

Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported

within 5 days of receiving order. Please email hello@rbcca-kstr.com

 

 

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. RBCCA KSTR Jewellery reserves the right to

asses and authorise any return cases.

 

By completing an order with RBCCA KSTR Jewellery, I hereby state that I have read,

understand and comply fully with the listed terms & conditions for the entire duration that I carry and sell RBCCA KSTR Jewellery products.
