Refund policy

RBCCA KSTR will accept no cancellations, changes to Orders, or returns for ‘change of mind’ unless provided for under the Terms or otherwise agreed. Customers therefore need to make sure their Orders are accurate before submitting to RBCCA KSTR.

Any Goods returned, shall be returned at the Customer’s expense and the Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless there was an error made by RBCCA KSTR in the Order or the Goods are deemed damaged or faulty by RBCCA KSTR as outlined below.

If the Customer discovers that the Goods are faulty or damaged, the Customer must notify RBCCA KSTR within 14 days of purchase either by returning the goods or via email at hello@rbcca-kstr.com (showing proof of purchase).

If RBCCA KSTR inspects the Goods and confirms that there is a fault, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund (including postage costs), replacement (if available), exchange or credit.

Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Goods are found not to be damaged or faulty.
